Shipping Policy

Portuit ships to international customers outside of Japan. We do not ship to addresses within Japan.

Processing Time

Portuit operates on an on-demand procurement model. After your order is placed, we procure items from our supply partners, which typically takes 3-10 business days depending on the item and supplier. You will receive a shipping notification by email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Transit Time

International shipping is provided through established carriers (Japan Post / EMS, DHL, FedEx, or equivalent) selected based on destination and item characteristics. Typical international transit time is 5-14 business days once dispatched, though actual delivery time may vary based on destination country and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions. The rate shown at checkout is the rate charged; no additional shipping fees will be added after purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check your country's customs regulations before placing an order.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@portuit.co with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. If the buyer does not respond to re-delivery inquiries within 14 days, Portuit reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the item cost minus original shipping and return-to-sender fees.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Damage or loss must be reported within 14 days of expected delivery with supporting evidence (photographs for damage; carrier confirmation for loss).

Restricted Destinations

Portuit reserves the right to decline orders to destinations where shipping is impractical due to carrier limitations, local import restrictions, or other operational reasons. If your order cannot be shipped to your destination, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
